Sports injuries, making exercises without warming, wrong movements or overusing joints may cause soft tissue damages. Our knees, elbows, necks, and ankles are one of the affected parts of our body.

If you have a meniscus tear or partially torn or sprained ligaments there are many things and diets you can do about it.
As many of you know strengthen muscles with isometric exercises is the first rule of the healing process.
Another thing is eating healthy foods and having true diets taking some vitamins, minerals and herbals.
Your diets should consist of foods includes omega3 fatty acids, fibers, calcium, magnesium and glucosamine
What you should do
  • Eat fish at least 2 times a week, take Omega-3 capsules    
  • Take Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM tablets
  • Eat whole grains and vegetables includes fibers
  • Gingers red peppers, onion juices helps reduce inflammation, increase blood circulations

 Equisetum or Horsetail
